Lifespan Integration Therapy

Did you know you could get immediate relief in therapy? It’s possible with Lifespan Integration.

What is it?

Lifespan Integration therapy provides profound healing without re-traumatization. It employs a delicate approach that operates on a profound neural level to transform ingrained reactions and outdated defensive mechanisms. This therapy assists individuals in linking unpleasant emotions and dysfunctional behaviors to past experiences, facilitating a deep integration of these memories within the body and mind. This integration effectively recalibrates the neural system to align more harmoniously with present circumstances, often occurring rapidly. Following Lifespan Integration therapy, individuals often notice spontaneous and appropriate responses to current stressors. Clients frequently report enhanced overall well-being, increased self-acceptance, and improved intimacy in their relationships after undergoing several sessions of this therapy.

How does it work?

We'll collaborate to create a timeline of your life, including any traumatic events, and revisit these pivotal moments together in a specific sequence and fashion. This process enables your mind to establish new neural connections around each event, making way for healing and complete processing.

How many sessions are needed?

Up to you! Sometimes we only need a few sessions per trauma or full timeline, but we can build as many timelines and revisit them as many times as needed. I have had many clients experience dramatic shifts in just one session of LI Therapy.
